I believe there's an upsizing tool but this is the wrong forum to post. You'll really want to post in the MS SQL forum rather than the Pervasive.SQL forum. This forum is for the Pervasive.SQL database not MS SQL.

Just use the DTS Import tool in the Sql Server Enterprise Manager. In the source section choose MS Access and locate the mdb file.
