Why convert? Assuming you have the DDFs and the Pervasive engine, you can link the tables using ODBC. If you really have to have the data in Access format, you can Import the tables.
If you don't have DDFs, you'll need to do one of two things:
1. Get or create DDFs and use ODBC.
2. Write a program to read the data using the Btrieve API and then write that data to an Access database.

You can import or link the tables. That's your choice. It's a function of Access not of Pervasive.
You might also check Pervasive's site. They probably have information on linking tables in Access.
