I am looking to make a section on my web site where a user can fill out their name, company name, contact number, email and upload a file. I then want them to click submit and have this information including the uploaded attachment appear in my email.

Is there any simple coding and or way to do this effectively? Thanks!

Yes you can use "phpmailer class" to send your uploaded file attached with email including your data.
