im looking for some module/tutorial for a very precise database kind. I can make the DB itself, ive done similar stuff, but i have no idea how to make a web output for it.

Its gaming related, DB includes game's items in it, and i want a web that queries it with a couple of search options. An item can be used for X kind of character (class, race) at a certain level, and has its own stats. I want to be able to look for items depending on the requirements (class, character level), and/or by its stats. The user should be able to query for example, all weapons that has above Y attack power. Thats just an example.
