which one helps you deliver stable code that works

one of the bugbearrs of PHP and and much of the opensource movememnnt is that you don't knwo with user contributed packages is will it still be around in n years. will it still be supported
does it acutally work fully as you'd expect. often you get what you pay for. if you are not prepared to pay for it then dont' be surprised if it dissapears or doesnt' do the job.
