Delete file created by copy to

Please, when i use "COPY <table> to <filename>", postgresql do it, but after that, a the <filename> will remain in the system with pgsql as owner, so an ordinary user couldn't remove it.
Does anyone know how can I remove it without superuser?
Thank you
