    Unanswered: SQL Server Licensing mode.

    Is there any way I can see what is the existing license mode and no. of devices/processors allowed for the existing SQL Server setup

    Just FYI, you can also get the information using ServerProperty().

    Pat: I have had bad luck with ServerProperty. It keeps reporting my per_processor licenses as per_seat. On the bright side, the number of seats does reflect the correct number of processors.

    EDIT: Oh, yeah. They fixed it in SP2, alright. Way to go MS QA.
