a) upgrade to Oracle Server 10
b) Apply patchset 22.214.171.124
c) Apply patch number 2755063 on the top of the patchset 126.96.36.199
a) restart listener
b) set following parameter in listener.ora
MAX_REG_CONNECTIONS_<listener> = 1000
(default value is 512)
