Unanswered: Checking values based on combo box

    Hi Group,
I have a form whereby a user selects a value from a combo box.
I need to invert values in an underlying table based on the value (-1)selected in the combo box.

These values are based on the month and year. Two separate combo boxes.

So if they selected month 12 and year 03, I need to update certain fields from the previous month i.e where the month is 01 and the year is 02.

If they selected month 04 and year 03, I will need to update fields where the month is 03 and the year is 03 etc.....

How can I calculate which fields to update based on this scenario.
I would like to do this 'behind-the-scenes' possibly without having to show a query, the table..

    Kind Regards
