    Talking Unanswered: Current week number

    Hi,

    does anybody know, how can I get a current week number in a text box?

    please help...
    MS Access 2000 - 2003, WinNT - WinXP

    COuldn't you calculate it by taking todays date - Jan 1st and divide by 7? (Then round up/down as needed). I'm not positive, but that's how I would have done it in excel and I've been fairly successful at doing the same calcs in Access.

    you can use datepart() function.
    forexample =datepart("ww",date()) gives you the week number for current date.
    check Acces Help for detailed information for datepart() function.

    or you could use the 'Format' function :

    Me.MyTextBox = Format(Now(), "ww")
