Unanswered: Values in text boxes are duplicating themselves

I fill in the values in a form, and when I save and when I go to a new record to put new values in, the old values are still there.

Is there a way to return all the values to 0 on a new record?

Are you sure you're moving to the next record? Are there default values set? New records are, by default, null across the board unless you have specified otherwise...
oh yeah... documentation... I have heard of that.

I set all my values with a default value of 0 and at the bottom, I will see record 1 and I have a button to save record, and when I hit that it will change to a 2. And when I go to database view, the values are all the same too
