Question Unanswered: Access Forms & Subforms

I'm creating an Access form and I'm going to have to create a subform, and I'm not sure how to make it work.

I have a Surgery table. And I have a Procedure Table. For each surgery, there is unlimited procedures that can be done. So, I also created a surgeryProcedure table:

    sugeryProcedure table
    surgProcID (primary key)
    surgeryID (foreign key)
    prodcedureID (foriegn key)

How can I create a subform that pulls up the surgeryProcedure records for EACH surgery? I see how to do subforms, and I'm not doing this right. I created a surgeryProcedure form with the forms wizard. Then I went back and inserted that into my Surgery Form.

Problem is that it's pulling in the WHOLE surgeryPRocedure table, not just the records associated with each surgery... How do I do that??

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!

make sure you have parent/child relationship set up between the main and subform.
surgeryID in surgery table (main form) and surgeryID in surgeryprocedure table (sub form).
