Unanswered: How do I print 2 copies from one Print record button

    Hello,
Thanks for all that have helped me so far. I now have a working database, and form that does what I want it to ... so far...
Now I have another question. I have put a Print Record button, command93, if that is anything, on the form, and it prints one copy of my form. Is there a way I have it print 2 copies, with one click?

    Thank you

Execute the print statement twice in the OnClick event. Alternately, allow the user access to the print dialog.
oh yeah... documentation... I have heard of that.

Thank you very much, it worked. I copied and pasted the printout line of code, after the other one, and tried it out, and it worked
    Thank you very much.

In your onClick event of your button, type the following:
    PHP Code:
      DoCmd.OpenReport "yourReportName" acViewPreview
      DoCmd
    .RunCommand acCmdPrint
This will opens the Print Dialog to allow you to select the suitable printer, change the number of copies, etc....
