    Unanswered: Very Odd, invisible form

    Howdy

    Short version:
Can you hide an access form from the db objects, ie if I click on the forms tab it won't appear in that list?? If so how do you un-hide it?
    Long version:
If you have read any of my previous threads you might of gathered I am trying to convert a group of access dbs.

Anyway, I can convert them now (hurray) however one of the dbs has a macro that opens a form. It works in the orginal db, but not in the converted one.

If i look in the oringal db the form that the macro calls does not appear to be in the database, but the odd thing is if I run the macro the form opens normally. Then I can right click on the form select design and I can clearly see the form in design mode. What the monkeys is going on???

Right click on form in db window -> properties -> hidden

If you want to lock the form from editting,t he simplest solution is to compile to an ade/mde

I guess there is a VBA way to list hidden forms, in case you have a db full of forms, the list being so long that it is cumbersome to "see" where new forms appeares in the list when enabling the db to show hidden objects? (Tools/Options, View hidden objects...)
