    Unanswered: Oracle command syntax help.

I've searched Oracle's help system for descriptions of the syntax of commands such as "CREATE TABLESPACE" or even PL/SQL such as "DECODE" but cannot find it. I am I looking in the wrong place? Is command syntax even included in the Oracle9i (WindowsXP) help system? What is a good developer resource for Oracle commands?

    Thanks.
If it's not practically useful, then it's practically useless.

You can lead some folks to knowledge, but you can not make them think.
The average person thinks he's above average!
For most folks, they don't know, what they don't know.
Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgement.

Look at the Oracle SQL Reference.
