    Unanswered: Blocking Modifications After Creation

Can I Config Access to allow a user to create a new record, then once it's commited it cannot be changed by anyone (or only by an admin)?

Definitly. You have to develop a security schema. Take a look at the help in ACCess about creating a MDW file.

Ok, so from what I can see, there are...

    - Read
    - Update
    - Insert
    - Delete

...permissions. Do I just create a new group and only give it Insert Permissions?

its a little more involved than that. use the security wizard and after security is set up......yes, you just assign permissions.
