    Unanswered: "Can't find MSysDb" error

I am using Acc 2003 and today started getting this error with a program that had previously worked fine: "Microsoft Jet database engine could not find the object 'MSysDb'. Make sure the object exists and that you spelled the pathname correctly."

Any clues as to a fix? MS Knowledge base has nothing about MSysDb.

    Thanks.

I am getting the same error in Access 2000, it was working yesterday now users are reporting this problem?
The database is unopenable in its current location however I can log into it if I move it to a local drive?

I have no direct experience with that error. But that is a system table that Access uses to manage stuff in your database. The way I have 'fixed' databases with similar problems is to create a new database and then import all of your tables, queries, reports, macros, and modules into the the new database shell. That usually clears up the strange corruption issues.
