    Unanswered: Backup Sybase to SQL

Can someone explain to me how to back up Sybase to SQL command file.

I'm a newbie to Sybase, and I would appreciate someone telling me how this is done.

    Thanks.

    dump database <<yourdatabase>> to <<file>>

Backup server must be run before.

Ok where do I run this?

It is a tool in Sybase central or is it a command line tool.

If it is a command line tool, what folder do I have to be in, or what path do I have to set to get this to work?
