Smile Unanswered: compressed lines and boxes

I have a user printing to a LaserJet 5N who was just
upgraded to Windows XP. Any lines or boxes from Access XP
reports print out compressed or shrunken. I tried
upgrading the printer driver to the current one from
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Assuming you have eliminated software conditions as the source of the problem, there really isn't anything you can do in access to make the printer behave.

You have run this application on a different printer right?
oh yeah... documentation... I have heard of that.

I have Office XP installed on a few other computers connected to this printer and they all have this problem. I've been at this for a while, trying different printer drivers without success. They had Windows 2000 before and it worked no problem. Maybe it's not compatable with Windows XP or with the Office XP? Hard to say. Thanks anyway for the comeback.
