Unanswered: Communication Error Exporting from Eportfolio
I am running Crystal Enterprise 9 on Windows 2000 Server. Some reports I cannot export to Excel. No matter which version of Excel I try to export to I get the same results. The PC will spin for about 15 minutes, create a 14K Excel file and then finish. The export produces no errors but the Excel file only contains two lines:

I am viewing Eportfolio with IE 6 SP1 in Windows XP SP1.
I can recreated the error running the report with the Crystal Reports client.
Has anyone seen this error before? The Crystal knowledgebase has this error listed for older versions of Crystal and suggests a patch. I see nothing for Crystal 9
