We're contemplating using Designer as a development tool for new systems, and perhaps using it to reverse engineer existing systems (if that feature works).

From the small amount I've seen and read, it sounds like a great tool, but the proof's in the pudding.

How do you feel about Designer as a development tool, mostly in terms of creating database objects (either directly from the tool, or from the scripts it generates). I'm also concerned about the methodology one must take in moving a change from TEST to PROD, and if Designer facilitates or impedes the process, and how you normally undertake it. Is anyone feeling comfortable letting the tool make the change?

Thanks,
Chuck
