    Unanswered: load database error

    Tru64 unix 5.1B, sybase 11.9.3
    when i load database csbx,appear such errors:
    as800-1> isqq
    1> load database csbx from "/sybase/sybasebackup/csbx.dmp"
    2> go

    my dump file dump is dumped from tru64 unix platform,dump file size is about 20GB
    environment:
    Compaq Alpha 4100,two 600MHZ CPU,3G memory,about 10G SWAP space,whole machine isn't other load。
    ipc:
    shm_max = 3000000000
    When load database,processer utility7%,memory 30%,swap useable about 8GB
    sybase "total memory" is 600000,about 1.2GB
    I found,when loading database,data block increase about 300MB every time.when reached 2GB,load error appeared。

    Stripe the dump.

    Stripe the database dump and then load it.

    But I havn't origin database to stripe,the dumped file is dumped 2 year ago.

    Can you again ftp the file in binary format and try to load it.
