    Question Unanswered: How to Find size of diffrent Database users

    In My Oracle database. as many as 35 users are there some of then are not active users. How can I find the size occupied by each user. In database space is alarmingly Low. so I need to drop some users. Please suggest.

    Check this script.

    However, how can you tell for sure that those users are really inactive? Is it a good idea to drop them? Moreover, I doubt you'll significantly increase free space in your database by using such a method.

    Database size is a subject to change and it is not decreasing, but increasing. So I'd say you'll, eventually, have to drop users one by one to allow all the others to work.

    Why don't you add another data file(s) and increase tablespace(s) size?
