Unanswered: Accessing Postgres DB on Linux from Windows

    Hi,

I have a postgres database on my linux server that I use to store planning data in.

Is it possible to access the postgres data from Windows (for example using MS Project)??

Is it as simple as installing a driver? I am not really sure where to start here and any help would be appreciated.

    Steve.

    Lightbulb Odbc

You can intercate with postgresql through the ODBC driver, if Ms project accepts and ODBC connection , then you'll be able to store your data there.

Unless this trick works you'll have to post more details baout how Ms project get data.
