    Unanswered: BrainBench - SQL (ANSI)

Took a test and ran into a question. Have a look, am I even close?

    They're gonna say it's choice 2....

    but they're all wrong...

Not 1 has a column list for the SELECT....

    I would fire that dog.......

And really it's only the select distinct that would be the correct answer....the others would be pigs in comparison

    Ditto.

Who asked you to take an SQL 101 test, anyway?
If it's not practically useful, then it's practically useless.

    Here's what they sent me:

    Dear Robert,

Thank you for bringing the error in our SQL (ANSI) assessment to our attention. You are absolutely correct in that there was no correct answer in the list provided. The item has been corrected and the test has also been reposted to our site with the change.

Despite all the editing and quality control precautions we take, sometimes an important detail such as this gets by inadvertantly. Thank you again for your feedback. We place utmost value on our test quality and appreciate your help in maintaining our high standards.
