I am using Crystal Report 10 and Crystal Enterprise and trying to get a report to run and email the results. After I published the report to the server, I set up all of the the job server defaults correctly for emailing the results of a report, but when I run the report on demand or schedule it, it fails with the following message:

CrystalEnterprise.Smtp: SMTP_E_TCPSOCKET_OPEN(2)

I have searched everywhere and have not found a solution or any information as to why this happens. Has anyone had this problem before and if so is there a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
