Unanswered: How to remove buttons from a printout!
Pls I have a form that I print as a report.
However when I print I do not want the save, addrecord etc buttons to show on the report.
so far I have tried to change the properties of the display when to "screen only", however when I print the buttons are still showing.
Can anyone pls tell me how to get rid of the butoons from not showing on my printout.
When I print a form I have a macro placed on a label that opens, prints and closes another form that uses the same record source as my main forms or some other criteria might be used by the macro (s)
An easy way to start is to make a copy of your form and then remove buttons/labels and change colour etc and this will be a form that you print.
And don't forget that you can easily make a Report and print that from a macro or code that runs from OnClick on a label or button on your main form.
You can make a copy of your Form but without these unnecessary buttons, this can be later be printed
Well said, I would recommend using a report instead though.

Thanks guys for ur replys. information was very helpful
You can set the "Display When" property to "Screen Only". Go to each control's property window. It's under the Format tab.
Oops! I missed Khan's answer!
