    Hi all,
    If I build an application in Access,How I make it secure.I mean not every one can copy my application to his computer and work with it, also see it's code.

    Regarding that people copying your .MDE or MDB, you can not guarantee that. You can make an mdw File allowing only certain user to open you db.

    Furthermore, I suggest that you be very pragmatic and realize that security, in a fileserver-based product like MS-Access, is never going to be that tight. Don't be too paranoid. And don't store anything in such a database which you can't afford to be disclosed.

    The security features of Access should be regarded primarily as a tool for enforcing data integrity, and for that purpose alone they are very appropriate and valuable.

    You can use the mdw and add code to disable shiftkey bypass and set the start up properties to disable debuging and hide database window and menus for everyone but developer

    mde, disable shiftkey bypass, hard code a check against your ntauthentication, require application level log in.

    That's about as tight as you're going to get.
    oh yeah... documentation... I have heard of that.
