    Unanswered: SQL Server 7 slow

When, at the same network, I run Windows Server 2003, with webserver on it, SQL clients connected to SQL server on other computer server, experience slow work with queries. What seems to be a problem? When I disconnect Windows 2003 Server everything go faster. Why?

When Windows 2003 Server is connected to network SQL Server goes slower.
I already emphasized that SQL Server is not on that Windows 2003 Server, but on other 2000 Server. What can affect network performance SQL from Windows 2003 Server?

    Why?
