Unanswered: Automate similar parameter queries
I have several queries which I need to complete month-end reports. Using parameters, I can ask for a year (2004) and a month(7) to get the July reports. However, for each query I need to enter the same parameters. Is there a way in Access to only enter these parameters once? If so, how?

Like you always want the current month's report? and not last month's? Or do you mean you open it and hit 7 2004, close it and it already knows that it should pull 7/2004?
How are you opening the reports? You could try opening them from a module, and then just assign values at the beginning, and they would be carried through until all the reports were finished.
Scenario: Seven different reports each using a different query. At month end I want to enter the year and month once (for all seven reports)...Next month will be a different month (and possible year).
Right now the reports are running from the Reports tab. I know how to run them from a switchbox.
Could you give me a code snippet for your suggestion in a module?
