    Exclamation Unanswered: can some1 tell me how to correct this?

    I'm using php, with MS Access as my DB.
    I'm trying to select all the rows within a period, but this is wrong. I've tired using to_date but it says that to_date is an unknown function.

    $sql= "select * from employee where Date_join between ('2000/1/1','yyyy/mm/dd') and ('2001/1/1','yyyy/mm/dd')";

    Perhaps change this:
    $sql= "select * from employee where Date_join between ('2000/1/1','yyyy/mm/dd') and ('2001/1/1','yyyy/mm/dd')";

    To be more like this instead:
    $sql= "select * from employee where Date_join between #1/1/2000# and #1/1/2001#";
