    Exclamation Unanswered: VBA SQL Update Statement

    I have 10 list boxes where products can be selected for a order. The list box includes ProductID, ProductName, UnitPrice, And StockLevel. What I want to do is every time a product is selected from a list box to then take away 1 from the stock level of that specific product in the products table. Please could someone help me think of the correct VB code to put in the list boxes After Update.

    I can't look directly at your database, but I'm guessing you're doing this the hard way. You should have an incoming structure and an orders structure. This allows you to subtract orders from incoming to get current inventory at any given point in time. It also prevents those elusive "woops!, changed that one number and now my whole database is borked" issue.
    oh yeah... documentation... I have heard of that.
