    Question Unanswered: non-ANSI syntax

    Hello,

I'm wondering if non-ANSI SQL statement are supported by ASA Sybase (7.x, 8.x or 9.x version).

(example of nan-ansi update statement :
    UPDATE table SET (f11,f12,f13) = (1,2,3) WHERE f11=1)

    Thx for your help

Hoppefeully no. The correct syntax is

    Code:
    UPDATE table SET f12=2, f13=3 WHERE f11=1
Omit f11, because it's a part of the condition !

... but you already know that .
