    Hi all,
I have a win server 2000 and a Oracle 9i installed on it perfectly but when I want to run enterprise manager from server its link seems to point null!
But I can connect to server from client machines which I installed Oracle client on them and using EM.

No need to run the Agent. I have it disabled so it can't even start by accident, and OEM runs fine. Last time I had this problem I simply re-installed OEM from the Oracle CD and the null pointer error went away.

Since you are on Windows 2000, go to the Services panel and look at all of the services named Oracle*. One of the names ends in "Agent". See if the status is set to "Started". You only need the Agent started if you (1) plan to use the Oracle Management Server with OEM to schedule jobs or event notifications, or (2) if you plan to use certain Oracle software that is sold separately, such as the Oracle Tuning Pack, Oracle Performance Pack, etc.
