Exclamation Unanswered: Top Value for Query

Is there anyway to link the Top Value for a query by a value in a table or query?

Or is there a way to split a queries results evenly into 5 different tables?

Your questions is a bit confusig . If you mean by top value, the Max value, then you have to group the records and select the field in question to display the Max value. Also, what do you mean by splitting to 5 different tables? If you care to explain yourself more clearly, we think, we can help.

I have a main table of accounts.
Each account needs to be assigned to an employee
I have a query that shows all accounts that are unassigned.
This query can have anywhere to 100-500 records each day.
Say there are 5 associates today, I need for my user to be able to distribute the accounts that are pulled up in the unassigned query to the 5 different associates evenly.

I cant use the top value or max value since I do not know how many employees will be here on a given day and I do not know how many records there will be on a day to day basis.

    Any suggestions?
