    Unanswered: Locked Myself Out...

    HELP...

I set my database so as to open a master form when the database is launched. Eventually I'm going to have the database used by people in the company, but wanted to keep them from accessing the underlying queries, forms and tables. In my playing around, I set the startup info to open with all the checkboxes "unchecked"...basically I've lost my ability to continue configuring my database...anyone know how to break in to your own database?

    Thanks.

If it is your database, then when you double click on the file hold the shift key down until the database is open.

    Help required

I've been searching for how to stop the shift key being used. How can I stop this function being used by any tom dick or harriet? I assume that by having the database loaded on another machine that this will be deactivated. Is this right?

    Thanks
