I have built a database on a network. The database is remotely located so all users must go through the network in order to work with it. It will accept and manipulate data fine but I have been running into problems when people try to print reports out of this database onto a networked printer. If the printer is connected to their PC the report will print fine but when the printer is connected to a different PC- there are all kinds of problems.

I'm using a custom form (custom paper size) to print onto. I've been finding that if you select the custom paper size for all computers (on the network, PC working with and PC printer is connected to) then Access seems to triple the margin size; shifting the data 1.5" to the right. If you don't do that then the report isn't formated correctly for the paper it's printing to.
