## Unanswered: Help arranging numbers in order in an array

I need to compare array (a) with array (b) and get the smallest number and stick it into array (c) which will then print out the lowest number out of both (a) and (b) to the highest in order. Exp: It will compare both arrays and find that (0) is the lowest number between both arrays. Then it will find the next lowest number which will be (1) in both arrays. So this is what array (c) will look like printed out on the screen. 0,1,1,2,2,3,4,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,9,9,10,14,17,23. I cant figure out how to get them to go into array (c) like above. Any help is good. Thanks. David

public class arraynumbers
{
public static void main(String[] args)
{

int aindex, bindex, cindex = 0;
int low = 100;
int[] a = {8,2,5,7,0,6,9,4,3,1};
int[] b = {8,6,2,17,23,9,10,14,1,7};
int[] c = new int[20];

do
{
{
for(aindex = 0; aindex <10; aindex ++)

{
for(bindex = 0; bindex <10; bindex ++)

{
if (a[aindex] > b[bindex])

{
if (low > b[bindex])

{
low = b[bindex];

}
}
}
}
}

c[cindex] = low;
cindex ++;
}
while(cindex <20);

for(cindex = 0; cindex <20; cindex ++)
System.out.println(c[cindex] + " " );

}

}
