Unanswered: Adding days to TIMESTAMP variable

    friends,

I have a timestamp variable having some timestamp information. I want to add some days to the time represented by the timestamp variable.
some thing like oracle's DATE variable + 3 , which will add 3 days to the DATE variable. If the DATE variable represents the last day of a year, then the resultant DATE value will represent 3 day of the next year without changing the hh:mm:ss component. how do achieve this in DB2...
