Is there any way to suspend a trigger execution after a commit trans?

You mean like a delay? If you don't mind me asking: what's the goal of doing something like that?

If you don't want a trigger to run, then drop it. If you need to, you can code conditions in the trigger to meet your requirements.

What exactly are you trying to do? I can think of several ways to do something like what you're requesting, but without more insight into what you really want I'm afraid to even offer a suggestion.

I have 2 tables, master and detail. The trigger is at the master table , but i don´t want to execute unitl i have filled the detail table.

The problem is that the trigger execute after i have filled the master table, but it must execute only after the detail table has been filled.

I hope i made myself clear enough.

    Thanks

Without seeing the trigger (you could post it), I would move the trigger to the detail and remove it from the master...

How does the detail get populated?
