    Unanswered: SQL Query in Report

    Hi,

    I am newbie to crystal report. I got to use an complex query to select the client requirements. I dont know how to use the user defined SQl Query. The report takes some input as parameter and i have to asign the parameter to my SQL Query.

    Pls help me to make the report,

    you do not have to put parameter in the SQL query. When you open Crystal Reports, click Field Exploer button. On the left panel, look for Parameter Fields. You can create parameter fields from there. When you run the report,
    the parameter fields you created will appear and you are asked to input the parameters.

    Yeah. Thats right. but if i want to edit the query means how can i do? Where can i put my query?
