Unanswered: data input into form text box

    Hi team,

I'm a bit of a newbie at Access 2000, so I hope someone can help me. I have formatted a table column to accept integers only. I have also created a form linked to this table, which will be used to input data into the table. The input text box bound to this column, before anything is entered, contains a zero, and is a bit of a pain when the user is trying to enter data because they have to highlight the zero and type over it. I noticed that if the column is formatted to accept text that the zero then doesn't appear in the text box. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of the zero whilst still retaining formatting as an integer?

    Thanks in advance,

    Darren
