Unanswered: Oracle shared library not usable

When I am starting BO(i.e ./wstart), it is giving the below message:
    .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ..............
Restart Apache Web server (from /data01/apache_1.3.31/conf/httpd.conf).
    /data01/apache_1.3.31/bin/apachectl stop: httpd stopped
    /data01/apache_1.3.31/bin/httpd -d /data01/apache_1.3.31 -f /data01/apache_1.3.31/conf/httpd.conf: httpd started.
** ORACLE: ORACLE_HOME=/data01/oracle/OraHome1 Oracle shared library not usable
    ** SYBASE: SYBASE= not set
    ** DB2: DB2DIR= not set
    ** INFORMIX: INFORMIXDIR= not set
    ** TERADATA: //.odbc.ini not found
    ** REDBRICK: //.odbc.ini not found

** WebIntelligence started on Port 14999.

Any idea as to why I am getting Oracle Shared Library not usable error?

    Thanks in advance.

this is a very weak error description.
if your oracle crashed befor and you have not restared your node, there MIGHT be locked shared memory segments and the new oracle-instance cannot allocate enough memory.
first of all, search the alert.log of the database for more detailled error messages.
