Unanswered: Quotation marks cause undesirable effects

Hello. I have a calendar program running, and when I want to edit an event that has quotes in it, the part with the quotes doesn't make it to the form to be able to edit it. Take a look at:
    http://www.campuslife.ttu.edu/calend...ent.asp?ID=686
and then hit the edit button.
Notice how "shrek 2" isn't in the subject text field. I was wondering if anyone knew why this was happening and maybe how to fix it? I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

No, not when you scroll down and click the "edit event" button. Then, it bring s up a page to edit the event and in the "subject" text field, shrek 2 isn't there.
