Unanswered: Bind users to a schema

Cant seem to find the anwser (that im looking for :P).

Is it possible to bind a user from pg_shadow to a specific schema? I dont think it is possible but im hoping it is :P.

The reason im asking this is because of a login procedure with php.

I create a dbconnect.php . Problem with it, is that both user and pw are stored in the file. Now i already include dbconnect.php within other php pages, the include dir is not in my htdocs but still, it leaves me with a bad feeling to have my login credentials to the postgres server so in 'the open'.

If there is/are any other way(s) to secure it.. im all ears.

By default, if you're not the administrator, you may only access to the schemas and tables you have rights for.
