I am making a db that can track discrepancies from several different work centers. I need to be able to email the report(s) that will be generated. I know how to design this db but it will not be very stream lined. For example I will need to create 7 different tables, 14 forms and 8 reports to fill my needs. This doesn't seem effecient to me. My vision is to have 1 form with a drop down box where I can select the work center with the discrepancy. I would then enter the discrepancy and whatever other info is required. That info would populate the report for that particular workcenter.
Can anyone offer me some help, I am working with acc2000
