    Unanswered: Locking Problem

    Hi,
I have somehow managed to lock a row in a table in my pgsql database. Unfortunately I am unsure how to cancel the transaction that locked the row, or simply how to 'unlock' this row.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Stephen.

    lock

    strange things

I'm needing more information on this.

If you have a transaction commit or rollback it.
then the lock should be released.

But how do you know it's a row lock?

what operations do you make on this row?
