    Unanswered: DoCmd.TransferText and Data rounding

I am trying to import data into ms access table from a CSV file. It is extracting the data but at the same time it is rounding the data. For example, i have a value 7.5 in CSV file but after it transfer it becomes 8 in table. how can i stop rounding during file transfer. Code is as follows:

    DoCmd.TransferText acImportDelim, , "tblgps", "F:\Roomi\Snow\gps1.csv", True

Any help will be highly appreciated.

I have testing your import. It's the defintion of your field "Hour" that's the problem, this field must be single or double but not an integer.
