Hello, need your help again, i use BrightStor ARCServe Backup to back up all the database, i need to troubleshooting, but don't know where can i get information on this. This morning i got "Back up operation Incomplete", when i check the log file, it just displays "file skip number (4)", it didn't tell me which file it skipped, anybody has experience on it, or give me reference about the back up problem using ARCServe, it is big help to me. I have no idea, as every morning there has different message i got, it is not backed up completely. Thanks in advance.
