    Unanswered: Error using "put routine"

    I'm trying to load the .sar file into the db using "put routine" command, but I get the following error:

    SQL0443N Routine "SYSFUN.PUT_ROUTINE_SAR" (specific name "PUT_SAR1PARM") has returned an error SQLSTATE with diagnostic text "-970, 55009, routine.sar".
    SQLSTATE=38000

    This "put routine" works on every db server (dev, QA, release), but only fails on the production server. HELP??????????

    SQL0970N The system attempted to write to a read-only file.

    Explanation:

    A file used by the database is marked read-only or does not
    exist. The database requires write access to this file.

    The statement cannot be processed.

    User Response:

    Terminate the application on receipt of this message (SQLCODE).
    Ensure that all database files are allowed both read and write
    access. Check for unnecessary blank spaces within the specified
    filename.

    sqlcode : -970

    sqlstate : 55009
    here I'm lenghtening my message to 10 characters otherwise it won't allow me to post
